It's amazing how Minato and Naruto are the only ones with feats of touching Obito by using speed to beat Kamui intangibility.

I remember when Gai tried to sneak attack Obito many times he phased right through him. Even Sasuke failed. While Minato would touch Obito casually.

As Tobirama, Kakashi, Minato, and Naruto exploited. Their are two major weaknesses of Kamui.

1: Either Being too fast for his Sharingan to trace and landing a blow on him before he teleports the apporpriate portion of his body.

2: Or Catching Obito mid attack(Because while attacking Obito is tangible).

So Kamui has plenty of counters.

They are not meaningless. They prove that Obito was afraid of Itachi knowing that Itachi likely already figured out a counter to Kamui.

And Itachi never touched Obito because Obito made an agreement. As long as Obito helps kill the Uchiha. Itachi would not interfere with his Project Tsukuyomi, because like Obito said. Itachi was the ONLY shinobi he was worried about.
