I have not replied to my senpai when he taught (Suiton: Haran Banshō) - Water Release: Stormy Blockade to us. I will be doing it now.
Gathering a considerable amount of chakra, Ryuken begins to mold his chakra into the properties of water affinity. With the success of converting his raw chakra into water chakra, he kneels forward and proceeds to slam his hands upon the pavement. Simultaneously, he expels his chakra and instantly summons a cloud of water from the sky, and drops it towards the ground. As it falls, it gains momentum, and deliberately destroys the ground with ease resulting in a huge crater-like dent.
