Where would you rank Cavendish without Hakuba? I separated since in a fight, there's no guarantee that Cavendish will be able to fall asleep. Also, why is Sai so low?

I'd put him 1 rank below Barto like you did. Sai and Ideo fought equally. Only difference is that Sai got a new stronger technique.

He hasn't shown to make barrier size of him all around him she could easily snap his neck or back

How is beating old chinjao even determinant of being close to sanji when the dude is dodging and blocking kicks from people like vergo when his body is damaged a lot ? Sorry but neither have shown anything that can push him above mid-high diff and that's right now.
