If Kamui correlates with the real world, then it's completely possible. This is exactly how Naruto fought him in the manga after he used Kamui inside of a Giant Rasengan (or Tailed Beast Bomb).

2. Kamui user shoots objects from dimension to destroy the clone.
3. Or just throw a shuriken at the clone while you're intangible.
4. Th clone attempt failed before just so you know, kakashi had to warp a clone in dimensions while the user was intangible for his plan to work.

It's implied that Obito (and even Kakashi) knows where to send people caught in Kamui, so the clone caught would be sent to some far away part. I also believe Obito has a way of immobilising those sent to the kamui dimension, since Torune seemed to be in a genjutsu when he was released from Kamui.

Yeah, the reason why that worked was because Kakashi transported Naruto to kamui dimension the exact moment Obito transported himself to the exact same location since i believe both eyes can control the location which they can transport themselves and others. He even says " Damn that Kakashi, faster than the stake ". In normal conditions, like OP is stating, it wouldn't work in a million years :lol

The most powerful being a.k.a Kaguya use THE WORLD ATTACK to get rid of Naruto and his clones, but does it work ? Nope is the answer and that is the manga fact :lol
some mere childplay from Obito is not gonna work, far too inferior than what Kaguya brought to the table :lol
