Sakura doesn't need to dodge, she can just raise her chakra level and over power the seal. Im sure she could brute her way out of it too, like Orochimaru did with Hiruzen.

Itachi doesn't have enough chakra to seal 100 Percent Katsuyu, and she can change shape and form, It like trying to seal Gaara's sand in a DEsert

it's unknown, both manga and anime literally one paneled nagato and orochimaru. hence the term totsuka blitz.

but if I had to guess, i'd wager reflexes or speed on par to sage mode and gates are needed.

even if that were true. the totsuka blade immobilized the victim while preforming the suction, reaper seal and human path don't.
also, you have to factor in that the blade itself is not a jutsu, therefore it's not something that can be "overpowered" by just willpower, and even if it could the examples you gave are by shinobi's who have no strong potent chakra or is long past their prime. granted, itachi is sick but he is still uchiha, by default he has a very strong potent chakra and even higher considering who he is.

Why are you getting dislikes ? What you said is logical, Totsuka is spiritual like Susano'o weapons, if Byakogou users can break Susano'o sword they they can surely break Totsuka. And Katsuyu is as large as a bijuu and can split her body.

Susano'o is just like Totsuka, it has no physical form and is a product of the user's spiritual energy. If it's weapons can be broken then so can the sword.
