Everyone agree's with #BlackLivesMatter... I hope.... It is a good cause that shines the light on some issues, which was ignored for decades. However, to say that only black lives matter is not uniting anyone because it doesn't just effect black lives, it is effecting everyone. If everyone can relate, that would get their message across nationwide.

Who says only black lives matter? I think the point is to say black lives also matter. Completely different. People act like it's trying to say blacks are above everyone else, and that they are the only lives that matter. No. All lives matter, obviously, but it's trying to shed light on the fact that to law enforcement, there is a huge discrepancy between the way blacks are treated, compared to other races.

People chiming in #alllivesmatter, that would be like going to an event for breast cancer awareness, and saying well lung cancer matters too, brain cancer matters, prostate, testicular, etc. NO SHIT Sherlock.

How is it a generalization of whites when it's simply a response to the FACT that cops are gunning down blacks without a second thought, because of the stereotype that blacks are dangerous.
