Nope he does have his RSM when he was fighting against Momoshiki and this was honestly explained so many times that only few wankers believe he lost it or what not.

This makes no sense. How would Sasuke's Human Path rip out his soul when he easily evades it? The dude react to Ameno Chidori and Ameno is instant. He ain't getting caught by his Human Path.

Naruto is still equal to Sasuke in base and his RSM = Rinnegan.

Whatever Sasuke dishes out like 8.5 Bijuus + BPS, Naruto was able to counter it with NE+ Yin Kurama.
