Iknow that they are. Im just saying that Jyuken was devised to use Byakugan effectively in combat. Do you think Momoshiki exercises Jyuken? KAGUYa also displayed some techniques that resembles air palm. But I doubt she uses Byakugan to execute a rather close range fighting style.
That's why I kind of believe that Jyulen is Hyuuga exclusive.. it is also said that they have two kekkei genkais right.
It's not Hyuga exclusive because Kaguya already displayed the ability to block chakra points, what Hyuga basically did was use an ability they inherited from Hamura in order to develop a technique that Kaguya never learned.
If Kaguya wanted to she could easily use Gentle Fist because her descendants developed techniques based on the powers they inherited from her. But she's not a shinobi so as a result her use of her powers were severely limited.
For example, she has all KKG including Sharingan abilities, if she wants she can use Mokuton or 6 Path jutsu or Sharingan techs, but she didn't use either of these because she never took the time to learn about her powers and master her abilities like a shinobi would.
Hyuga developed GF because they lived in a warring era, they had to find a way to make their powers as efficient as possible, in contrast Kaguya was already the most powerful person on the globe and therefore would've gained no interest in developing new techniques in order to be stronger.
All Kaguya knows how to do is use her power in its raw state because she has no mastery over her chakra and abilities. Her chakra fists were vacuum palm at full power and TSB was the use of elements to its full extent.
If she wanted she could have learned Kaiten or taijutsu and even Sharingan jutsu, but because she's not a shinobi she doesn't have the instinct or intelligence to recreate the feats of her descendants.
