Sasuke will just be puzzled as to what happened but he will rejoice nonetheless because the man who was the catalyst as to why he became stronger just appeared dead right in front of his eyes.

He would go back to the Leaf as long as Tobi did not find him first. Once Tobi gets to him, he will want become enraged to avenge his brother's death just like in the cannon. The 3rd party spilling Itachi's deep secrets is really important to consider here.
