Obviously, Obito destroyed it with weaker bijuu dama than what the Juubi is capable of producing. And Edo doesn't enhance jutsu, it give the user the chakra reserves to spam their strongest jutsu with no limit.

Naruto's chakra reserves, talent with ninjutsu and use of Sage Mode is Ashura's power, same goes for Hashirama. Only someone of Ashura's level would have the power to retrain the Juubi because it's a Rikudou feat.
