Are fillers really that bad :wut: I mean, if you believe that everything that happens in Manga are fact, and things that don't happen aren't, then you don't know where Kaguya came from :wesobi: you don't know that Hamura was hot-headed or that gamamura taught them SM. Because those are all lies to you. All you know are the facts given to you by manga, and don't open yourself to other possibilities :coffee: there are things in the Anime that the manga don't cover, and because of that there will always be blank spaces in the anime they will never be filled :kk: in manga, Kaguya never came from the sky, Neji never became jonin, and a lot of other things untip drawn otherwise. It's like living in a world of ignorance :tea:

Neji was stated in the DB to be Jounin.

For enjoyment anime is good. >_> not for debates though

I agree. Debates in general tend to get ugly when there are conflicting beliefs.

I don't hate filler, but Naruto anime took filler too far.

The whole point of filler is so the anime doesn't catch up to the manga, but there was many useless filler after filler and after filler. Now I quit Naruto a long time ago because of, now if the filler are good then there no point, so many bad filler spoiled the anime.

For short here what was wrong with Naruto:
- Too many filler when no needed
- Too many bad filler which weren't enjoyable and boring

As long as the person who watches it, feels like he's enjoying his time during the 24 agonizing minutes then, they're ok.

Naruto is famous for fillers  most fillers memes are based on it.

But I think a true Naruto fan can sit through the fillers and enjoy the show~

Some are good and some are a perfect example of executives being money hungry, ike the itachi and kagayua fillers are awesome in my opinion but like mechanical naruto and the one based on jiriaya's book were not very entertaining. Its one of those things that your damned if you do and damned if you don't. Right now we are all excited to see the final battles animated so we're impatient but when it's all said and done we'll appreciate the extra content in a few years when we research the series

Use less faces to make your post readable. I literally skimmed through all of that because I got annoyed by the faces.

OT: Fillers are useless stories that are there for no apparent reason. Why would you waste your time on something that is not related to the original story?

Their fanfiction entertains me! Especially when hardcore naruto-weeboo fans go off on youtube or any other naruto social forum.

I like the fillers when they have a purpose, such examples being explaining a backstory into characters that didn't had a chance to shine in the manga and also expanding some details that were never brought up due to Kishimoto being rushed to finish his series.

And there are the other times when it doesn't have a place, prime example being those notorious flashback "Part 1" episodes about things we already knew about decades ago, filler-exclusive characters and having episodes revolving around them(never want to see another episode revolving around a crying brat), or anything in general that doesn't add to the main story at all in terms of exposition.

In this case, I am okay with the Otsutsuki Arc, because they finally gave light as to the history of the Sage of Six Path, his brother and lastly Kaguya herself as to how she came to Earth and what happened during their confrontation.

Sounds reasonable :coffee:
