The scan I posted weren't sheaths though, he had 3 blades. The only time I saw sheaths being used was when Sasuke was flying but even then the swords were basically merged with the wings and he could still shape two extra swords if he wanted

Susanoo weapons are shaped out of thin air and Madara used 4 blades with v3 Susanoo, PS should still be able to use 4 blades otherwise there's no point in having four arms

Or maybe PS only has two blades because the other arms were meant to hold other weapons like Enton blade and Raiton blade. Maybe Indra's original avatar had destruction incarnate, the spirit weapons and Enton/Raiton sword. 4 arms for 4 different weapons. :yeah:
