I think people here mistaken the technical meaning of peace and what peace means in the NV, which is simply the absence of war and conflict between ninja villages.in that respect naruto does achieve peace and the toad sage was right.A rogue punk like nawaki stirring things up doesn't mean peace is no more.Use your heads people, logic and common sense are free.
