Does Fishman Karate work on Logia?
Did Moriah have his title when he fought Kaidou?
I know they're all strong in their own right but seeing as they're government dogs essentially it seems unavoidable they'd be sent to deal with some Logias, so how is what I'm getting at. I mean shichibukai is a pretty high seat in the WG really they should be able to face most all challenges their some of the best bar the yonkou.
No it doesn't, however it probably did to some extent against Ace due to the fact that he was able to manipulate water to some degree.
I'm guessing so, he mentions how if he had his zombie army he'd be able to take Kaido... Obviously he wouldn't have but I think he implied he had his DF back then, just not the army, and the use of his DF in the New World is what I'm guessing got him the title.
Well they get referred to as government dogs, but when has Oda shown the Schichibuki to actually do anything? Kuma was sent to eliminate the Straw Hats and they were grouped to go against Whitebeard, was there another time?
Well let me ask you this, logias seem more rare than other DF (in pirates that is), so why do you think Oda never pinned a Schichibuki who couldn't use haki against one of them? I'm guessing he knew that they probably couldn't beat them so no point in showing it.
Also, I know Oda hadn't fully defined his whole haki concept, however, right from the start Shanks uses haki, he had at least in mind the concept from the get go, but didn't fully define it until it came to Luffy and the gang using it, otherwise it would have just posed too many questions... It's like, let's say Kaido was introduced as some immortal being right from the start and he was an enemy that Luffy would one day have to defeat, we'd have been constantly thinking throughout the first half of the Grand Line "he still can't beat Kaido yet"...
