Isn't there a large city above the Konoha mountain?

Kawaki and whoever he works with has done a LOT of damage. More than Pein. When he used Almighty Push, his attack was still held back by the village walls. Not only did his attack completely obliterate the walls, but also destroyed the entire Hokage Monument. And that monument is carved into a large mountain. That is thick and hard to break unless you're Bijuu or PS level.

As you can see, the entire city plus village is destroyed at once.

Some people are village destroying level. Kawaki is village+city destroying level!

I would disagree with you, but the more i think of it, the more likely that seems.

Get one of the Wristband devices, load a couple of badass jutsu's into it, fire. Or he could have some minions/secret boss that can do that.

Nagato's level was SM Naruto, nowhere near the full power of a transmigrant. And he doesn't have much room because he's meant to be Boruto's level. Unless he's on JJ Madara's level he will remain weaker than BSM and EMS users.

You must be one of those people who doesn't believe in techniques. By that , I mean that you (along with so many other people) must be under the assumption that one's quantity of chakara (or in the case of Naruto , their closeness to the Otsutsuki blood line) is the only thing that can make a character strong. You guys don't seem to believe that it is possible for a character to have some brilliant techniques that use things like scientific principles or other things that simply have some creative thinking on the part of shinobi put into them.

Example:
"My jutsu allows me to transform the carbon dioxide that living organisms breathe out into deadly carbon monoxide "

A shinobi could easily have a jutsu like the one listed above and simply kill Naruto by turning Naruto's breath into carbon monoxide. Naruto would then ingest it and suffer its effects. A jutsu like this wouldn't have to be a bloodline limit or an Otsutsuki related technique. Yet it could be powerful. Scientifically speaking, all it has to be is really just a raiton since CO2 is held together by covalent bonds which occur when atoms share electrons. To make carbon monoxide, all one would have to do is just use lightning style to manipulate the electrons bonding one of the oxygen atoms to the carbon atom and other oxygen atom so that one of the oxygen atoms breaks away from the molecule . Do that , and then bam! You've got carbon monoxide!

This is an example of a simple but deadly non-Otsutsuki related technique.

These are possible to create if someone just uses their brain a little to think creatively.

However , you people apparently aren't having that. To you , it is all about the chakara levels and the explosions, which is why you people just can't grasp how someone could beat Naruto or Sasuke.

Open your mind to some creative thinking. Explosive jutsus aren't the only ones that can win fights.
