Can the tailed beast use jutsu

We have seen tailed beast bomb but i feel like that is just a KKG that only these creatures can use similar to the Octopi and its counterpart Hachibi they both use ink but its not an actual justu but just part of its anatomy. Kurama gathered sage chakra to help Naruto at VOTE 2 but we have never seen them use a jutsu to my knowledge.

Forming a TBB takes an incredible amount of chakra control, so I don't see why Son Goku wouldn't be able to form a few jutsu.

Why use jutsu that's watered down when you can use TBB Pure chakra. The tail beasts are raw chakra so there's no need for jutsu. (Not to say they can't but it's just not shown)

First of all, that attacked was used with his mouth just like the typical TBB. I wouldn't go as far as to call it a jutsu. Also, I believe that Kurama can do the same by letting out a "roar" from his mouth. In addition, not all, but a large majority of jutsu (Ninjutsu and genjutsu) require hands and opposable thumbs in order to actually weave hand signs
