It was implied that female ninja do things like this, early part 1 in a sakuino flash back, teaching them about being spys.
TSunade sort of do this, she poisoned Jiraya in a way simular, no kissing.
SHizune can do it if sh wanted to, as she breathes poison, and Sakura was said to possess shizunes jutsu.
