So i was looking on one piece wikia and saw that the birthday of Shanks and Mihawk are on March 9th. I don't know but i have a strong feeling that they are blood related, maybe brothers. Its not impossible, i have 2 cousins who have their birthday on the same day but one is 3 years older then the other, in this case Mihawk is 4 years older then Shanks.

Of course not, because it was stupid. Shanks and Mihawk have the same birthday, therefore somehow related? If they aren't twins, there's nothing important about that fact, and since you've established that Mihawk is 4 years older, that can't be the case.
