And now for the fun, ethical conundrums:

1. When reproducing, are you the father? Or the donor?

I don't know why, but this sentence disturbs me in some way.
Sure, organ donations/ transplantations are important, but in my opinion, it is weird as fuq. A heart? okay. A kidney? fine. A liver? no big deal since they are all interior body parts. To me, it gets weird and uncomfortable with exterior body parts. A new arm or a new leg.. maybe even a complete new face? I can't get used to it.

And now a penis too. Hm. I've read that there was a similar scenario in China in 2006. Two weeks after the surgery, the doctors had to remove the penis again due to "serious psychological problems" of the patient and his wife. And honestly? I can imagine that it is very hard to live with that.

I mean, I wouldn't be able to have intimate contact with my partner if "his" sensitive spot was actually not his, but belonged originally to a dead person. Overall I don't like the image of a society where people are walking collections of spare parts, like some machines or cyborgs. Don't know what I would do if I ever end up in a similar situation.

I wouldn mind that at all... i would just be glad that my partner has found a replacement and hope for the best. What you said was pretty mean and tbh shows somehow how shallow you are. so you like your partner only for his d or what?
