And another irony is how you try to ignore the plight of women in your country so casually by declaring so many die around the world. A culture that has empathy with an animal even is not something you are capable of understanding- not with that attitude.

Well apparently you did a biased research......as i said you have to live here to see its beauty....we face many problems but the things we have done are incredible too.....just look up India with a neutral point of view and see what it has achieved that too within 60 years of its independence and you will see what i am talking about.....the second fastest growing economy, a great military force, an emerging world leader, one of the biggest democracies in the world and if you carefully look at the scientific progress we are making you will actually realise that in some aspects we are actually unparalleled. Look up mission of mars/ Mangalyan and see how effective it was as compared to USA's mars mission.....Every country has its problems and no country is perfect...there are troubles everywhere....we too face difficulties but the rate at which we are progressing thats the best thing about us. And if you want more proof just look up at how many Indians make up the workforce in Silicon valley and you will realise the full extent of our accomplishments. You do realise that India faces many external and internal threats from the elements that hate its progress.....even with all those obstacles it is progressing....If you look at India and only get an overview you wouldn't have even scratched the surface....you will actually see a small portion of it. You need time and effort to understand it all..1.26 billion people, 3.287 million square km of expanse, 29 states, several religions coexisting, over 1000 languages, varied cultures and terrain no one can understand it all with a simple geography project man. Hell i live here and even I can't say i understand it fully...there are many parts where i haven't been to...
And mythology haha....you can spend your life studying its various aspects and still you wouldn't understand it...its roots are ancient...You mentioned cow worship well I might be able to explain you the reasons behind many aspects of religion or beliefs but it would simply take too much time and i am no expert

Hey Akash when was the last time you visited here....well things have changed man.....some remain the same especially the politics but others have changed a lot...I dunno about what you mean by college preference but I am in one of the IITs i hope you do remember what IITs are and the life is actually awesome.........yep caste system stinks but still more and more people are raising their voices against it...times are a changing mate....give it a few decades and you will be surprised by the progress...........
