You do realize Tsukuyomi isn't Infinite Tsukyuomi right? Meaning Itachi can only caste it on one of them at a time. In order for him to win he would have to incopasitate/ restrict one of them first before casting Tsukuyomi on the other...That isn't an easy task.

Plus it isnt just FTG he has to deal with but Sage Mode and Frog Sonata Genjutsu which he does not know about. And with Itachi's low stamina....

Not only can Itachi alter the trajectory of Kunai and Shuriken he can also use Amaterasu on his Kunai Spots to Zone out any teleportation.

Or just neg him with Tsukuyomi/Finger Genjutsu.
