It is still not an evolution of it. The sharingan and rinnegan share a common orign, they both came from kaguya's rinnesharingan.

Hogoromo got the rinnegan and later his son got the sharingan, kishi made this more obvious by naming kaguya's dojutsu rinnesharingan.

They both originated from kaguyas Byakugan. Hence the hyuugas always being acknowledged as one of the four ancient clans.

However, that does not make the byakugan more powerful. At all. Feats prove sucess.

At base level, I'd say that a byakugan user is on the same level as a 2 tomoe sharingan user. 3 tomoe > byakugan.

Byakugan (Kaguya's) beats EMS (Madara's). Tenseigan (Hamura's) is equal to Rennigan (Hagoromo's). It's all about the user.

Also, again, Rennigan isn't a Sharingan upgrade.

Part 1 byakugan is superior because that was the main focus. That the Hyuga and everything about them is the most powerful.

Part 2 kishi had begun to develop the uchiha clan.

So here we have the glorified byakugan which was then left behind like a used condom when it came to part 2.

Then we have the sharingan which had little use/importance in part 1 then became overused like a hooker in part 2. Just like my ex.

So there's really no point on comparing 2 things that was never in the same pedestal.

Find me an overdeveloped byakugan and its techs and then well talk about it.

Or dont include anything higher than 3 tomoed sharingan.

I put the average Hyuuga being superior to a 2T Sharingan. Given Hiashi's feats, I would say he's stronger than your average 3T Uchiha (not talking about Hebi Sasuke/Itachi level Uchiha's).

Likewise if Neji and Hanabi were showcased more, we would of seen true Prodigies of the Clan reach their prime..

It was actually a Jyuken technique, Neji said Byakugan users have the power to destroy anything made of chakra which is essentially what she did.

The Rinnegan IS the final form of Sharingan. With the help of a little Senju DNA.

It's not Indra's dojutsu therefore it's not a Sharingan. Mangekyo is the Sharingan's final form.

Rinnesharingan is what made kaguya powerful not her byakuan and i believe sharingan was the power of the fruit rather than her own and rinnegan was a mutation seen in hagoramo and is refined form of rinnesharingan free from hate and corruption or more specifically perfect balance of yin and yang and i believe that excess amount of yin in sasuke both his and hagoramo's combined had caused the tomoe in his rinnegan while madara has both his powers and hashirama's which synchronized and gave him rinnegan like sage. lastly madara will wreck kaguya if they both are seperate.

I would say it arguably does involve the RinnSharingan as it refers to the Kaguya using her own perfect dojutsu because she's incorporating all three Dojutsus: Byakugan, Sharingan, and Rinnegan simultaneously.
