Sakura willpower was able to resist the thought unresistable, not even obito or madara could resist it. Sakura was said to have two spirits in her, which dominated ino.

Doubtful, Sasuke isn't really much at Genjutsu, Sakura seem to have more potential at it than him, he is just a Uchiha. with a Sharrigan that can cast genjutsu, he is no itachi.
