Doubt that Tobirama would be any weaker. Itachi would probably beat him, however Fugaku or Shisui being on Tobirama's level is lul worthy. There really isn't any other Senju to really dive into, but outside of canon facts.... Not worth even debating about because it was stated on multiple accounts that the Senju wrecked. The future Uchiha weren't even on Madara's level until Sasuke reached EMS.
It even says on the Databook, and there are scans which prove this, so believe what you want. Just because the Uchiha were the only Clan capable of actually standing next to the Senju, it doesn't mean they were exactly on par with their strength in the long run. Especially when it was stated that in the end, the Senju's powers were "unrivaled".

If the Databook claims one thing yet the Manga claims another, I'm going to take the manga's statements over the databook in this case. From what was shown, the Uchiha were equals and the only ones capable of fending off the Senju for a period of time up until Hashirama and Tobirama finally had the edge over their rivals.
Still it's not even worth the argument. Because the Senju being superior is common sense given the flash back story in which the Uchiha Clan gave up because they couldn't win against the Senju anymore.

Hashirama had his ass crouched down after his "final" battle with Madara prior to the establishment to the village and the battle itself took an entire day. Likewise, Tobirama had to exploit Izuna's idea that he had actually won the match in order to defeat him. None of that tells me that the Senju were significantly superior or unrivaled at all.

Dude you are a joke. The fact that you have to include the Uchihas stealing Hashirama's cells in itself is sad to prove that they are superior. If Hashirama's DNA never got in the hands of others. There would be no SM for him nor any Rinegan. Hashirama wrecks all of the Uchihas by himself and don't underestimate Tobirama who's Shnshin is second to that of Minato.
