Is Ay faster than Itachi can react?

Reacting to kirin isn't that impressive it is preceded with sasuke moving his arm down which gave him enough time to react as for matching KCM naruto ,that was a taijutsu fight and KCM Naruto was never praised or hyped for his taijutsu not to mention that naruto was sharing his chakra with about 13 clone .
But he can react mentally to Ay tho IMO .

Itachi was able to keep up with KCM naruto who is clearly superior to raikage in speed and top of all raikage fell to madara's sharingan genjutsu and he is not even a genjutsu genius, so pls consider that itachi can neg raikage even with genjutsu if he had a chance finger genjutsu.

Regardless of whether Sasuke moved his arm down prior to that or not, Itachi hadn't pulled out the Susanoo before Kirin launched. He only pulled out the Susanoo after Kirin charged to the ground, which means that was the only time he had to react. That is further affirmed by the fact that Sasuke was unaware that Itachi used Susanoo to defend himself until Itachi particularly showed him. So yeah, defending against Kirin a VERY impressive reaction feat.

Minato was able to keep up ay and this guy is not even using sage mode or his asspull KCM nor had any dojutsu and madara was able to keep up fine and madara was not moving in super speed, even sasuke was able to keep up fine and killer bee was able to keep up and displayed his superiority to Ay and for god sake pls saying naruto was not serious when he was fighting itachi when he was the one who warned bee to be careful to not get caught in itachi's MS as it will be over for them.

Naruto was not making an effort to move faster than Ay in that last post. Ay knocked back Naruto several times while he was in KCM before Naruto actually decided to make an effort to dodge him. He isn't just naturally fast in KCM, his speed depends on the amount of effort he put in. He can be running from tree to tree at a normal pace, like when travelling with bee, or actually put effort into his movements, like when reacting and dodging to Ay.

And considering that Itachi and Naruto were having a conversation as they engaged in hand-to-hand combat, it is highly unlikely that Naruto was putting forth any effort into his speed that wasn't necessary to counter Itachi's attacks.

The fact that edo itachi is able to keep up with naruto KCM is already crazy. Ay, Naruto, Itachi have almost equal battle perception and anticipation. However defensively and strategically itachi has the best advantage over Ay. (my opinion)
Plus naruto was the one who discovered raikage weakness. Itachi would have figured it out.

Speed is only comparable by putting those in question to test.
