Oh no she has access to her own safe mode but doesn't really use it. The genjutsu department, she is like that girl from the filler who bring genjutsu to life, because Sakura naturally have that ability , due to her strong will power ,which is how inner Sakura became a real thing, she learns how to project her will into reality ... And we learn that kakashi didn't teach her how because he was fearful of what she could become. And she won't be on par with the IT but she will have a version of it ... Sorta or that sharrigan genjutsu that Itachi used on kabuto, Sakura will envelope her hands in spirit chakra , and pull out people's spirit like the reaper deal seal, store them inside of her seal, and they will experience a blissful genjutsu ....or not , whatever she decides
