The entire clan Ootsutsuki / all of their members has been introduced so far by Kishimoto himself have 100% byakugan. But suddently Hagoromo does not possesed byakugan like the rest :lol while his brother has it :lol
Keep in mind that Hagoromo does not have ten tails and being it's jin before he and his brother defeated the ten tails that incarnated from the tree. So it is very likely for him to become ten tails jin and got rinne sharingan and rinnegan (or 3 rinnegan since the draw is too small to see it clearly) after that.
So by the logic presented by manga fact, all hyuga member that born within the clan automatically has byakugan in 100% case + all Ootsutsuki has been introduced to the story by Kishimoto himself has byakugan in 100% case. So suddently the idea that Hagoromo does not have byakugan by birth is kinda make zero sense.
People often misunderstand about Indra and Ashura case, but it was THE ONLY CASE that was ever noted that their birth was so weird that Hagoromo said: "However, they had one big difference".
Even it was noted from the very begining of the manga that Sharingan was originated from Byakugan. There is ABSOLUTElY no manga fact to exclude the byakugan from Hagoromo. If you have one, please show me it :lol

Haruma, who only has byakugan as far as we know of still caring sage staff and Hinata is from his line and has pure blood, so for her to have Haruma chakra, she has potential to even make or carry the sage staff that Haruma carried to fight off Ten tail's true form :lol
