Is Ay faster than Itachi can react?

I thought this might be an interesting discussion. I know people will say Tsukuyomi GG without thinking about the fact that Tsukuyomi requires atleast focus and Ay is fast as hell. We can't really gague it from the Sasuke vs Ay standpoint because Itachi's reaction's are just a litte better than sasuke's but then again we have Minato who's reaction's are faster than Sasuke's being slower than Ay's.

The thing is, you might perceive the event but can't react to it... That's what Raikgae's movements are.

You need ridiculously fast movement to react to Ay, like Naruto's KCM or Minato's FTG. With Itachi's speed which is definitely quicker (maybe by a margin but still) than Sasuke, still not enough to react to A...

Come on Blind Itachi was able to out duel Sasuke while making a clone while half blind

Actually Ay was able to to keep up with Naruto or might have been faster :wut: till Naruto used Shuushin if I am not mistaken. Has been a while, besides that Naruto was trying to talk with Itachi not get past him or defeat him

You are mistaken, their is no indication that he used Shuunshin, all we know is that Naruto didn't teleport he used Natural speed and was faster than Ay.

Also Itachi started the fight by asking "What happened to Sasuke"

Itachi was trying to talk with Naruto about Sasuke and how Sasuke is doing. Not the other way around.

And here he dodges both KCM Naruto and Killer B at the SAME TIME, where as even Sasuke had trouble with just Killer B

Yellow Fang pretty much summed it up. But there is one thing. It does t seem like Ay is well versed in how to deal with Sharingan users. He got caught by Madara's simple Sharingan genjutsu and was stunned. So putting him up against a genjutsu master who could simply point at him and catch him in genjutsu before the fight even starts does not work in Ay's favor.

It could really go either way. Just depends on the start of the fight and who does what 1st.

If Ay makes any kind of eye contact with Itachi's eyes or fingers he's done.

Itachi showed his reaction time is on par with the fastest shinobi...

Also i think you guys over rate blitz speed... Ay can get to an opponent fast but his attack isn't fast is telegraphed which is the reason why he lost his arm and was able to be countered... Same reason why edo Madara was able to block his punches coming out of the ethereal transportation which is instant but again his attacks aren't so...

Itachi can keep up wity anyone and that is no wank its just manga fact he finds a way to do the impossible

This isn't a conversation about Ay vs Itachi we all know Itachi rekts. It's about whether or not Itachi can react to Ays speed.

And considering that he was able to Dodge KCM Naruto(Faster than Ay) and Killer B(On par with A) at the SAME TIME while carrying on a conversation with them is more than enough evidence.

IKR Minato without Sharingan was able to trace and react to Ay's speed.

There is literally no reason to believe that Itachi cant. No one has brought any solid evidence that points towards Itachi not being able to react.
