People actually think Naruto had some great advantage over Bee pre-BSM?

Come on now. None of Naruto's KN0-KN3 states or his V2 KN4-KN6 states was remotely as strong as Bee's. Base wise, Bee no contest and natural energy shouldn't really change that. BM was pretty good and is where things sorta evened out because if you compare Hachibi's bijuu dama which wasn't full power to Naruto's Bijuu Dama which was full power, it's a great fraction of it. Now imagine if it was full powered. I think people have a weird belief that the 8 tails was behind the kyuubi by some extraordinary amount.

Rasengan > Bee

Uzumaki stamina > Bee

Naruto is still superior in base mode, he's Ashura's transmigrant after all. And full powered BM got negged by Amaterasu, that shit wouldn't have happened to Naruto.

Sasuke couldn't even keep up with Bee in base, how is Naruto going to do that and do you really think bee would let Naruto hit him with a slow rasengan? Bee's reaction time is on another level, don't forget that.

simple because he only had yang part of kurama(may be half of kurama) which even overpowered other tailed beasts and able stand equally even greater than bee eight tails.

Naruto was able to do more with his unique BM. For instance, if his avatar took damage, it didn't really "harm" him, whereas Bee's BM could bleed. Naruto's could also keep clones/allies inside of his BM, which has been pretty useful. He could even create hands on the end of his tails (basically, use shape manipulation on the chakra avatar), whereas Bee was limited to his natural BM.

Naruto also showed more skill in using his BM to share chakra with the alliance, something Bee/Hachibi never even attempted.

Say what you will, Naruto's moveset worked far better to take advantage of his Bijuu chakra. Bee basically had nothing except swordsmanship and his Bijuu power, whereas Naruto was able to create KCM clones that dominated every battlefield. The clones could perform a lot of powerful techniques, such as Rasenshuriken/Rasengan variants, and had unique "hatred-sensing" powers.

So yeah, I'd say that Naruto had a lot more going for him as a Jinchuuriki prior to gaining BSM.

Pretty much. Not to mention, even 8 tails himself was extremely impressed with 9 tails' power.

So yeah he def. has a huge advantage.

Sasuke wasn't taking B seriously though, he stated himself he was just trying to see the extent of a jinchuuriki's power hence why he got so reckless and ended up sustaining fatal wounds.

If his only goal was to kill B like Itachi and Danzo then he would have been on a different level. B may have good reaction speed, but with bubble cloak Sasuke was still faster than him, in contrast Naruto would have used KCM to match Sasuke's speed.

And in base mode he would have hit Sasuke with Rasengan thanks to his ability to spam shadow clones, the Sharingan won't be able to identify the real body and the number of bodies would be too overwhelming.

He didn't destroy Sasuke with speed. Sasuke outright evaded him with ease and ran to the stairs before Bee could make the second attack. Bee confirms it that he was slower than Sasuke (in reaction rates) in his cloaked form.

Where does he move faster than him? Base Obito had ZERO trouble humiliating his ass (KCM and BM) repeatedly without even moving from one spot on an occasion, and him relying on Kakashi and gated Gai as props to avoid trouble. He was still getting repeatedly trashed. Base Madara had no trouble handing his ass to him on gold platter. Jins in base form kicked the shit out of him repeatedly. Bee stepped in time and time again to pull his pathetic ass out of trouble.

No, it's basic physics; he simply increased the speed a bit and parried him using threat perception. Bee also matched Ae's V2 speed; in fact, he trashed him. Doesn't prove he's faster than V2 Ae.
