During Kaguya battle he needed Naruto to provide a TSB footing to stand on though. He has not shown the ability to fly or levitate even as recently as Boruto the movie. He can surely fly in his PS though.

You're never up for anything positive regarding Sasuke's feats, I provided proof og Nagato floating in the air yet you still deny it.

Wings are designed to work against gravity, but thanks to Deva he controls gravity, therefore he can fly without Susano'o. It's not rocket science.

No even if he couldn't adapt he could have still been levitating at the very least. It was due to the speed at which he attacked Kaguya and failed which caused the off balance. How hard is it to levitate? Its not even very taxing when it comes to chakra drainage.

I'm the only one in this base that gives Sasuke the credit for his feats. If not for my threads, you wouldn't know Sasuke's capabilities as much as you do now. And it's not rocket science to know that nobody in the series have extensive control over gravity. Pain's shrina tensei is limited with intervals that prevent him from remaining suspended for more than a few seconds while Sasuke's gravitational ability remains in chibaku tensei only. He would need to get creative with it to "levitate," in the air.
