Hashi's cells are the cure to everything. Blindness, reduces the initial time required for KA.

For SM users/everyone else it increases stamina, healing, Mokuton.

Hashirama was a freak of nature and his cells provide so much power.

They actually allow you to regenerate and use Mokuton like Obito, but depending on the person that has them it's either really weak like Danzo or really strong like Madara.

But we will never see Naruto use Hashi's cells like either of them because everyone below JJ Madara is fodder to him and as Ashura's transmigrant his use of Senju power will be greater than Madara's.

Hashi cells have made him too OP for any villain the author wants to introduce in Boruto manga. And it's the same reason Sasuke wasn't given a new arm, Rinnegan + Hashi cells basically puts him one step away from JJ Madara's power.
