No legit clans in other nations??

Their must have been some very OP clans in various villages but we either killed off or never shown like how about the ninjas from Taikigakure, Kakuzu's home.

They could if they were resouceful. Ever heard of the "Hero Water". It was stated to give the user tenfold times the chakra amount than the original user. Shibuki uses it and Kishi could have implemented this in the manga if he was going to expand off of Konohagakure.

They also had Fuu but instead like Kumogakure where they gave Bee his own place to train, they enclosed Fuu and told her it was prohibited to train to control the Bijuu. See the cultural differences in the different villages. Kishi could've at least expanded on various small villages and introduced their clans.

kishi messed this up but imo boruto manga had every chance to do that.they should have expanded on the ninja systems currently in place and have the gang fight low scale battles against some of these special clans, rather than the same impending world doom feel we got from later part two

Naruto is not diverse nor well thought out. It is simply concentrated on few people and places and everything happens around them/it.

Well Senju, Uchiha and Hyuga all lived in the same region because they share the same ancestor and are basically relatives.

Uzumaki weren't from Konoha, they had their own village but it got destroyed, and you had other Ootsutsuki descendants outside the village like Hagoromo clan and Kaguya clan but they're extinct now.

Well when Konoha first started, it was the top clans that came to support that system of villages. What sucks is the manga/anime ended way to soon with little development for other clans an villages. (Just quick back stories of the character at mention)

Kishi rush rush rushed a masterpiece instead of relaxing and making better story lines for these characters an clans.

Look at Toriyama! People may not like DBZ now, but he's milked his anime for over 20 years an still going. Mr. Moto don't seem to have the same motivation.
