If Boruto does indeed have byakugan, why is it people believe sasuke trained him to use it? All dojutsu are different and sasuke cannot use Byakugan. If anything Boruto and Himawari received training from Hinata,Hinabi,Hizashi,or any other hyuga.

The fact people believe because sasuke have sharingan/rinnegan, he somehow knows all about byakugan and how to use its abilities is beyond me.

Thats like saying sakura can teach sarada how to use sharingan and all it's abilities.

I think Boruto has Hima or Hinatas byakugan. Im also sure Sasuke couldn't teach him how to use it 100%. Although I also wouldnt say its not far-fetched to say he gave him some tips on using your dojutsu abilities to your advantage.

This is plausible, most definitely. However people speak as if sasuke trained Boruto to use Byakugan,gentle fist,etc. Boruto knew gentle fist long before he was under sasuke's tutelage as seen in the movie. Obviously a hyuga has been teaching him.

So I am quite sure it has to be someone from the hyuga clan like Hizashi, Hinata or Hanabi who taught Boruto the byakugan techniques or Boruto being a prodigy like Minato eventually figures them out like Neji did.

The Hyuuga have been irrelevant since part I, even with all the byakugan users we've been getting in the main story. My bet is that Boruto doesn't awaken his byakugan and has one transplanted since he doesn't have two byakugan in Boruto Chapter 1.
