Why do people keep bringing that up when it's not cannon please wait until it's fact. Not to mention the entire manga showed a part of the crappy Boruto movie and nothing more essentially so I'm just saying don't jump to conclusions.

about kawaki plan, it's just a theory. It has possibilities that he will secretly overwhelm Naruto and Sasuke with bureaucratic paperwork, but is not 100% certain. Maybe that's too obvious so the author will write another way to kill naruto.
