Your argument about allies doesn't make any sense. You do realize that the Allies promoted the alliance to stop German, Japanese and Italian aggression. If Nazis hadn't started a war, the Allies would not have used biological and chemical weapons to stop them. Same goes for Japanese.

It does make sense, Japan was defeated. Even General McArthur communicated to president Truman that Japan was beaten. But Truman still gave the order to drop the nuke not once but twice. The first story was so that the war would be over quickly without a need to invade the Japanes mainland but declassified documents showed that the nukes were dropped to scare off the USSR. So a competition between world powers led to the dropping of nukes on a defeated country. The allies were already winning there was no point in using those weapons.

America used WMDs on wars they started such as the Vietnam war, Iraq war etc.

Japan was not defeated, since they did not surrender at that point.
Nukes were dropped on August 6, 1945, Japan surrendered on August 15, 1945.
"allies were already winning there was no point in using those weapons" - If the country does not surrender war does not end.

Saying, "the allies and the Axis powers were two sides of the same coin" is plain wrong, simply because allies didn't start a war that killed over 60 million people, but stopped it. The number of people killed would have been much higher if Axis had not been stopped.
