Naruto's only real job as Hokage is to do tedious, meaningless paperwork, to the point where he has absolutely no spare time despite being able to make shadow clones.
Sakura was trained by Tsunade, and would therefore adopt Tsunade's approach to paperwork.

And if she feels like doing a good job as Hokage, she's better than Naruto at that sort of thing anyway. In the Chuunin Exams, Naruto didn't answer anything, while Sakura got every question. Naruto passed on luck.

And if it comes down to defending the village, she can always get Naruto or Sasuke to do it for her. Until she bails them out like with Shin.

Look at all the improvements that have been made to the village since Tsunade's reign, and then look at Tsunade's reign. If the pink mutt took Tsunade's method:
1. It would be confirmed Tsunade's copy and Paste
2. Konoha wouldn't improve at all.

He has his merits, he's got ramen power, a hot daughter and he knows how to maintain customer relations, something which sure will be useful when maintaining relations with other villages as for Sakura I don't need to say anything, there are lots logical posts in this thread which explain why she's not fit to be a Hokage.
