Yes,SP have weird obsession with certain characters.Take Hinata for example, from her fight against Neji to her fights in fillers and her extended fight against Pain, everything was well animated.Top notch animation she gets.

They'll probably use that new fighting OST in the Naruto vs Sasuke fight. It is too good to only be used for one scene.
