Being a Hokage is much more than some shitty paperwork. Tsunade was lazy af too, she was not dead like he was but she came close to passing out.

Master and Student are the same, even if she is enthusiastic for a bit she will get bored of it and be more than willing to quit. If she becomes Hokage she will have no time to take care of her kid, Naruto at least has shown the ability to be there for his kids from time to time. I don't see a Housewife who solely focused on her kids needs to be suddenly able to manage a village. Naruto is a far better candidate, he uses clones to get half his work done mainly daily hassles. Sakura would have to waste time making appointments and shit for arrangements of who is to complete what.

She gets angered easily. If someone pisses her off, which is quite easy to do if your name isn't Sasuke. She doesn't have patience and if she can't handle the pressure she will go berserk like Ay broke the table in the Kage Summit. She needs to control her temper, perhaps some anger management classes will suit her.

Also being Hokage means giving speeches. Naruto clearly motivates and speaks better than what Sakura could ever do.

Naruto is the best candidate period. His patience and understanding will take him a long way while he is Hokage.

It wouldn't be ideal considering Sarada never sees Sasuke, so not being able to see her mother as well would be terrible. At least Boruto has his mother even if Naruto was hokage, but Sarada wouldn't have any of her parents if Sakura were hokage.
