Sort of a refreshing take, and better than I expected.

This is starting to take shape into a manga thats going to be mediocre compared to the original, but still should be entertaining.

I do feel like there is a role reverse:

Boruto = Sasuke = Oro (geniuses)

Sarada = Naruto = Tsunade (the leaders)

Mizuki = Sakura = Jiraiya (the side kicks)


^^^^ for those who know how i'm pairing those roles.. you'll understand what I mean.

The role reversal is making it a sort of a refreshing take, compared to the original. We're pretty much seeing how Sasuke sort of felt, when his father wasn't giving him attention.. but in this case its Boruto's father aka naruto not giving him attention. (Though I've always felt like this whole "Attention" thing gets over exaggerated, and just makes them look like brats tbh.)


Props to Hinata for keeping it real 100% bro. And props to Naruto for trying his hardest to make it work. Now what Naruto is doing is exactly what the Hokage means to be, you gotta put the village before your family, as the village itself is your family.


My Hokage candidate from this generation: Sarada. Honestly don't see anyone other than her from her generation who would be as effective of a Hokage.


Boruto imo, is going to end up like Hiruzen/Hashirama's kids. Overshadowed by the parents.
