For a second I want to be serious. There are some people that are defending the new manga and some who are attacking it.

Most of us as a community do not buy every single Naruto volume buy there are many people in Japan and other places that support it, and they support it very strongly by buying. You take a look at just about any other manga, One piece, Bleach, Tokyo Ghoul re, Black clover and many more. The art those mangas bring are dimensions ahead of the art we see. At the end of the day, lots of people are paying hard earned money for these volumes but I don't think it's fair to sell with that art.

The manga business market is fierce, there are beautiful well written mangas that are not getting half the attention this dogshit Boruto movie panel by panel copy is. One thing I want to ask you all if this is the last thing I ask: When millions of pounds/dollars are in play why can't they get a decent artist?

I have been doing art my whole life and I'm very good at it. We have some members here that would dust the new artist. We even have CM doing his own manga. You can go right now and look at some fan made Naruto manga before saying it's hard to copy a style. Inexcusable.

Believe me that is not the reason. Wheather you pay 20 thousand or 40 thousand. In the long run when the profit is a few million, the gap becomes tiny.

Bad art= less buys. Less profit.

There are a ton of artists that can do much better than him/her and they can be budget.

Boruto will not surpass the original series, will always be compared to Naruto. It's only done to capitalize on those that still can't let go of the series (I seriously doubt they intended capture more of an audience)

Im personally of the opinion that since we get this material for free we are in absolutely no place to complain.

I've read Naruto since 2012 - used to watch it, for completely free. My old excuse was im young so I can't really just go pay for it, but now Im 16 and I still haven't bought not one volume. I try to hold all complaints until I actually spend money on this material, which I currently haven't.
