In my road to the top, you stand as one of the highest bounties in the world. It is only natural that we fight.

Panthalassa said, over and over again, to himself. He knew he was to battle Hawke, but they hadn't met before. But he was sure this is what he wants to do! For months he had been tracking the movements of the Akatsuki, following reports of pillages and other crimes, and looking for Ancrath and Hawke related affairs. He knew he would cross this flatland at this day, and he would meet him there.

And he was ready for it, for sure. As he walked to the flatland, he kept on talking to himself, repeating the phrase he had practice for days. So deep in his own thoughts he was that he didn't even noticed that the man that walked past him was Hawke himself. And the only thing Panthalassa had said was "good mornin'". Suddenly realizing, he turned back around, and shouted:

HAWKE! PANTHALASSA! WE FIGHT BOUNTY!

They were Mid-Range by now.

The guy had passed Hawke by and greeted him with a polite 'good morning' before suddenly spinning on a dime and shouting incoherently at the King. It was enough to make Hawke rethink his standing policy of letting 30% of all harmless-looking people pass him by unharmed. If people like the weirdo wanted to fight anyway, why not just cut out the yelling and go straight to the fighting?
Fighting, now there was a warming thought. Hawke had not had a good fight for far too long (5 hours) and the symptoms of withdrawal were hitting him hard. The King was grinding his teeth for the whole world to hear and the annoying ramblings of the weirdo were certainly not helping his headache.
"Listen here," he told the weirdo straight, a wagging finger held up for emphasis. "You got precious few seconds to scram if you want to live to be five seconds older than you are now, you hear?"
There. That should do it.

( Suiton/Aburame no Jutsu: Bunshin ) Water/Insect Technique: Cloning

Description: The Aburame/Water Clone is step forward from the Bug and the Water Clone. It is composed of a swarm of insects and a nutritive syrup-like liquid. Insect eggs are incubated in the core of the clone, which allow for more and more insects to shoot out from within, similar to the actual Aburame host, and are used in insect techniques. When a physical object pierces through the clone, it can swarm around it, while the syrup turns into a thick mist, carrying the eggs. Similar to a Shadow Clone, this clone is capable of using Aburame and Aburame-related techniques ( Ex: Pharaoh Sickles CFS ), as well as use Water chakra for Elemental Ninjutsu, besides the non-Elemental Ninjutsu, Taijutsu and Genjutsu. It does not have access to any other elemental chakra, and can't perform techniques above S rank. When physical contact occurs, the clone is capable of oozing out the syrup liquid which will pin down the target, while the insects drain their chakra. Due to the nutritive aspect of the syrup, when in physical contact, the insects drain around x8 as much chakra as the average insect ( 112 chakra ), though it is dependent on the number of clones in place. If the user created 4 clones, then each will drain around x2 ( 28 chakra ).

Note: Can only be used 3 times per battle.

No wasting any time, the one of the clones immediately charges towards Hawke, while the other follows close behind. The first clone clenches his fist and punches towards the man, as he enters short range, manipulating the water around him to turn into millions of tiny needles, that rush towards him. The other lags behind, while trying to encircle the dog-man, from the right, keeping at the outer edge of short-range.

( Ryōshi Doraibu ) Quantum Drive

Description: Quantum Drive is a nintaijutsu attack that uses the water molecules in the air to attack in unison with the user. Once the target is within range the user will begin to repeatedly punch them as they release their water chakra into the air manipulating the area 4m above, behind, and to the sides of the opponent. With every punch the user throws they will also manipulate a wave of miniature needles that impact the target's body penetrating it dealing damage internally. The back to back punches and waves of needles will continually impact and penetrate the opponent leaving their mangled at the hands of their user as they suffer from blunt and penetrating damage. The opponent would be caught in the onslaught with no place to run as the user holds them in place with their rapid back to back punches. If the opponent managed to survive this technique due to some sort of defense or physical healing, they would still suffer from the symptoms of "Overhydration" which would leave the target with a massive headache as they stand disoriented and confused. The ailment would last for two turns afterwards.

Unbeknownst to Hawke, Panthalassa's flies, originally a species commonly called Lucifer Sage Fly, Hypomorphise into three different species. They now share the beneficial characteristics of the Leviathan Gorge Fly, the Beelphegor's Earth Glutton Fly and the Astaroth Seer fly, the later of which climbs up each of the Panthalassas' necks.

Christ, that's a ton of information.
Also, ew, flies. I really like what you've done with the concept, though. Very, very well developed. I guess Aburame stuff has been an underdeveloped area for a long time.
I'm a bit more simple, but I guess punching flies won't work... so let's see...

The sudden creation of four clones sets off alarm bells in Hawke's head; 5-on-1 are bad odds. Thus, without hesitation, the Inuzuka breaks into a counter-charge, making directly for the original weirdo. At the same time the King manipulates the ground beneath both the clones and their creator, forming five sets of big, clawed hands that surface right beneath the five targets. The hands immediately latch onto their targets; five sets of feet that they dig their claws into, mangling them beyond repair. This should occur before Hawke/the clone enter short range of each other.
Then, in a burst of speed, the King shoots directly forwards, weaving between the ruined clones until he gets within range of Panthalassa, left arm already raised. The inevitable punch is aimed at the Aburame's solar plexus and angled thus that, if nothing is done, the man should be rocked bodily into the ground with extreme force, incapacitated.

(Kyousei Doton No Jutsu) – Greater Earth Style Technique

Description: A movement based technique, Flying Swallow Feet works by focusing chakra into the soles of the user’s feet, super-charging the chakra-metal present in their shoes. Since there is less of the chakra pathway focused in the user’s feet than other locations on the body, this helps the chakra metal amplify any chakra passed through it that’s used for the ZX Buster style. More specifically, Flying Swallow Feet allows bursts of chakra to be fired from the user’s feet that can be used to accelerate short distances (known as “dashing”). Dashing can be done either in the air or on the ground and helps as it allows the user to put more momentum behind their strikes. When dashing, a visible burst of chakra is seen from the user’s feet, and they tend to have an “afterimage”; this comes about simply a trick of the eye, and is nothing special. As the chakra metal will retain its “super-charge,” and once activated, this technique does not deactivate. The user, although moving in a fast pace/burst of speed is still trackable by normal eyesight.
