It only mentioned MCs. Apparently, they are good friends and respect each others work and try their best to be different from one another. Naruto was supposed to have an arc that involved a fortress in the sky but when Kishi saw Skypia, he scrapped the idea.

Another theory was that Sanji's brothers would be named Ichiji and Niji (Ichi and Ni mean one and two, San means three, Sanji is the third son)

I doubt it. You likely got the idea from the fact that Sanji was originally supposed to be called Naruto, however Oda discarded that idea because of the series with the same name that just started. If Oda didn't want to use that name already back then with an unknown series that just started, he really is not going to use it when that series became one of the most popular manga series of all time. Each time someone would call him Naruto, we automatically would associate that with Kishimoto's manga.

That name simply carries too much weight and would only affect the character in a negative way.
