I'm thinking they're basically Filler that doesn't advance the plot. Not sure about The Amazing Copy Vegeta though, that could be the 6th universe version of Vegeta (Which Cabba implied to exist)

It does, it's just that it's canon. Episodes that don't move the plot along in anyway are considered filler. Like Mr Satan vs Beebus.

As if the show cares much about consistency to begin with :>
At the end of the Boo-saga, Vegeta acknowledged Goku to be better and always a step ahead. Yet in DB Super, he is asbolutely jealous in every possible situation again.
