Previous or normal Dragon(Shenron) unable to do that.

I'm still confused between the 2. Was Sin Shenron the dragon that was made when they brought Dende to earth & remade them? I can't remember much of the cell saga except DBZ Abridged & I never watched GT so I didn't know how that worked.

The one that bring Dende to earth is Namek base Dragon.
