Itachi would probably be one of the best villains in the series in my opinion. Like just so plain and dark because of the corruption.

I think he had a stronger presence as a villain during his facade than the actual villains since he doesn't mess around. He would walk in, get things done, leave- all while being stoic and not doing anything aside from his goals. Bad or good- he's not to be screwed around with.

Whereas with actual villains like Madara/Obito/Pein/Kaguya/Black Zetsu/Orochimaru/etc- they either talked about things unnecessarily to the point it got annoying (Madara and Obito), or talked too little as in Kaguya's case, had a habit that led to others taking them less seriously (Orochimaru and his Uchiha body obsession), had too soon turns (Pein), or just weren't intimidating at all (Black Zetsu). All the other villains had at least one of the problems these had.

Agreed.

Itachi had the perfect vibe as a villain anyway. I don't know if it was his abilities, or just his character in general, but the whole sensation Itachi gave off when he was serious, was overwhelming.

Calculating, planned for the future, and had backup plans.

That's the type you person you don't want to mess with good or bad :lol

I think he was anti-hero and anti-villain type. What he know is getting his job done, not wasting any time with unnecessary actions and full of self philosophy. Sasuke is close to be one but not that close.

Off topic: Akuma also is the one although he mostly searching for worthy individual to challenge him to death but he not a villain nor a hero type. What he think need a sattlement/teaching of lesson he will take an action. kun:

OT:

1. Itachi was good before then. He cried and he spied on Konoha to check his brother's condition.

2. No he didn't know that Tsunade was going to heal them but he knew that both of them would be safe and he wouldn't injure anyone so bad. Such a kind man with a badass attitude.

Good or bad, I enjoyed the way he was introduced in the manga and how he kicked Kakashi's ass so easily. He was impressive to say the least and I liked him even though he was a bad guy.

Yeah even before knew he is good guy i still like him as he looks cool for villain

1.) Itachi is a good guy and he always was but was it ever foreshadowed that he was good before he gave Naruto the crow?

2.) Also was Itachi aware that Tsunade was going to heal Kakashi and Sasuke after using Tsukiyomi on them in part 1?

1) Of course ;/ watch ep 141 again.
2)He didn't used tsukyumi to kill them,but to torture them. And it had a time limit. So they would survive. Besides,it is obvious that when a shinobi is hurt, medic nins will heal.
