Yang chakra kurama, a little piece of his chakra and his wife was inside naruto. Yin kurama and the rest of Minato's chakra is inside of the death God. Having the seal on your chest doesn't mean your a jinchuuriki, just like Hiruzen.

Old Hiruzen was only able to pull in Oro's arm while Minato pulled in half of kurama. That's why it was so heavy.
