People are so critical about artwork.

He's new. He will obviously grow and expand his style. Maybe enough that he might create a better art style than kishi's or get better to refine Kishi's artwork further.

Who knows? But you shouldn't care. It's not even the 1st chapter yet and you are already offended.

Plus it wont be a weekly release but monthly, so it would get polished once he's done drawing them.

If that still isn't enough, the anime would probably stick to its original style.
