• Hinata is dead and he took hers
• Himawari is dead and he took hers
• He took it from another member from Hyuga clan (i.e. Hiashi, Hanabi)
• He awakened it (less likely since he has it in one eye only, and it has a scar)

Mane you know Cheateruto would be salty after Himawari terrified him with her Byakugan. To avoid all of the shame, it is unfortunate but Boruto killed his sister and that's all she wrote. The hate runs deep within him.
