If you have higher roll and 18 Bonus then you take 18 Ts from your enemy

It is really simple. The higher roll wins. You can see how much each roll is worth. If you roll 9 and someone rolls 5 you win cause 9=9 and 5=6 even if his bonus is +88888 and yours is +1 you can still win by a higher roll although if they win they take obviously more land that is what bonuses do.
