The interpretations are quite nice but i really don't support this theory simply because it has too many loop holes.....Itachi's understanding and interpretation of things were almost same as that of any other character of similar intelligence....Minato on his first encounter too concluded at first that Obito was Madara....Itachi simply followed the logic of Sherlock Holmes once you leave out all that is impossible what remains is the logical answer..Madara's character was always shrouded in mystery and hyped to a point that whenever he was mentioned nothing was considered impossible for him...as far as Obito being madara's vessel is concerned he was indeed his puppet as Madara later revealed....there are many other points which counter this theory and i guess a thing like this even happened in the real life
